VTech First Steps Baby Walker

VTech First Steps Baby Walker

Designed to help your child take their first steps, the award winning VTech First Steps Baby Walker not only teaches your child to walk, but can also help them with their motor skills, language and help improve their hand eye coordination. Before they learn to walk, infants will enjoy the detachable learning center. The light up keys, buttons, and rollers will teach them colours, shapes, numbers, and letters. You can help them to start identifying different animals with the puppy and butterfly buttons. Help them learn how to communicate by “talking” on the removable rattle telephone. As they grow and start to walk, the VTech First Steps Baby Walker’s sturdy design and textured wheels will have your baby cruising around the house in no time at all. For adults, the walker is easy to assemble and folds up for storage when not in use.

Since coming out in 2005, the VTech First Steps Baby Walker has won a number of awards. In 2005 it won both the Prima Baby Best Buy Award and The National Association of Toy leisure and Libraries Silver Award. Along with being one of the highest selling toys in the 2008 Christmas season, Prima Baby again gave it an award, this time for the Best Buy Electronic Toy. This year, Good Toy Guide gave it the gold award in their 0-12 months category.

The VTech First Steps Baby Walker is 18.1 inches high, 16.5 inches wide, 14.2 inches in length, and weighs about 5.51 pounds. There is a volume control button located on the toy for quiet learning. It requires 3 AA batteries, not included with the toy. The walker is recommended for ages 6 months – 30 months.
