Vtech V-Motion Active Learning System Console

V-Motion Active Learning System by Vtech

V MotionChildren are inevitably drawn to video games – the bright colours, the music, the instant rewards for a job well done. Unfortunately, most games are not designed to be child-appropriate. Of those that are, very few of them actually dare to be educational. This is where the V-Motion Active Learning System from Vtech comes into its own.

V-motion is a console gaming system designed to entertain and educate children from 3-7 years of age. Much like the popular Nintendo Wii, V-Motion utilises a wireless and motion-activated joystick controller. Tipping the controller in any direction causes a corresponding motion on the screen. This feature encourages children to get up and move around, instead of staying glued to one spot in front of the television. Unlike the Nintendo Wii, the V-Motion is designed specifically for young children, meaning that it is durable and easy to set up. With Vtech, you’ll never have to worry about which games are appropriate for your child. Every game is targeted to children, with appearances by popular childrens’ characters such as Dora the Explorer, Mickey Mouse, Kung fu Panda, Spiderman and Scooby Doo. Not only that, the scope of learning in Vtech games covers everything from counting, shapes, basic math, and colors to spelling and nutrition!

Included in the box is the console, one wireless controller, wrist strap, user manual, AV connections for your television, USB connections for use with your computer, one sports game and enough batteries to get you started. Additional games are available for purchase, and the USB cable may be used to purchase bonus games online. Measures 1.5″L x 3.25″W x 5″H.
