In a world where old is often new again, the big toy story for 2010 was the highly anticipated return of the Bigtrak toy. In 1979, the six wheeled toy tank first d├ębut much to the delight of children across the world. By the 80’s, millions of children can now experience the thrills of playing with the incredible versatile toy. The reemergence of the Bigtrak toy means the toy tank that won over the hearts of children in the late 70’s and 80’s will now win over the hearts of the children in the 21st century. The excitement around the re-launch of the Bigtrak toy tank meant the long wait was over.

The return of the Bigtrak appeals incredibly to a retro market, young children, and adults who remember playing with the grand Bigtrak tank as children. The new version of the Bigtrak toy has state of the art features technological advancements such as 23 button keypad that stores and remembers up to 16 commands. The commands are programmed into the feature key board and control panel. Once the control panel is instructed to store commands the Bigtrak is literally ready to go. By pressing a bottom, the Bigtrak tank begins carrying out every command. It even carries out these commands in sequence. It features a blue photon beam headlamp which is mounted on the front of the Bigtrak tank.

In addition to the return of the classic Bigtrak tank, the retro toy has a sidekick known as the Bigtrak Jr. Developed by and sold by Dubreq, the Bigtrak Jr is packed with features to please any child. All the fun and thrills of the Bigtrak tank are even more exciting with the Bigtrak Jr tank toy. While the Jr. version of the Bigtrak is packed with original features it also has very exciting new features to enhance the child’s playing experience. The extra features are in a miniaturised desktop sized package. It also has a new ‘active’ accessory port which allows it to use a variety of add-on accessories.
